Identity Alpha-GPC (L-alpha-glycerylphosphorylcholine) is a naturally occurring choline-containing phospholipid metabolite and a direct biosynthetic precursor to acetylcholine. This preparation is standardized to 50% active Alpha-GPC by weight, adsorbed onto an inert carrier (silica or calcium phosphate) to stabilize the highly hygroscopic active.
